STOURBRIDGE FILM FESTIVAL 2003 COMPETITION RULES & REGULATIONS Rule 1 Rule 2 Rule 3 Rule 4 Competition is open to filmmakers that live, study or work within the East and West Midlands Regions Films must have been made during the eighteen months preceding the Festival’s start date Films must be submitted on VHS or DVD U.K. format only Short film running time must not exceed maximum 20 minutes duration Feature film running time must not exceed minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 120 minutes duration Rule 5 All entry form’s, fee’s and film formats’ must be received at the offices of Stourbridge Film Festival 2003, by Friday 28h March 2003 Film showing time for judging will be displayed on this website www.stourbridge.co.uk from Monday 14th April 2003. Times may be subject to change Film’s entered for competition may not be with draw from the programme and must not be shown at any other venue during the Festival period Rule 6 Rule 7 Rule 8 Rule 9 The Jury is composed of its President and six Jury members Each Jury member votes by secret ballot and decisions will be reached by majority vote. The President’s vote will only be incorporated if no Jury vote declares an outright winner The
President and Jury may not declare a category award winner if the entries
are deemed not of suitable quality |
