What do you receive for sponsoring this prestigious Festival?

Branding and Recognition
Irrespective of the funding package you support, you or your business will receive recognition for the film or films, which you sponsor for the Festival. The Festival brochure will cover all events for the whole festival and your logo with up to a 100 word* profile of your business will be included in the brochure.

*(Copy to be provided by you and approved by Steering Group prior to insertion)
You will also be listed within the brochure for the category of sponsorship you or your business has supported.

You will also receive sponsors invitations to the following events:

Sponsors Only Reception
At 6 PM on Friday 9th May you and your guest will be invited to a Sponsors Only Reception to be held at Mary Stevens Hospice. Here the Festival’s Steering Group and representatives of the Hospice will greet and welcome you.

You will be provided with light refreshments while you meet your co-sponsors and be provided with the latest information for the Festival. You will also have the opportunity to hear how the money you have helped raise will be used at the Hospice.

Public Film Show
For each public film show you sponsor, you and your guests will receive sponsor’s “reserved seated” invitations for the event. The number of sponsor’s tickets you receive will depend upon the venue and this will be as follows:

Four sponsor’s tickets will be provided for any public film show supported by a sponsor except for the following venues:

French Connection: Two tickets including meals and one bottle wine

Himley Hall: Two Vehicles (Max five persons each car)

Sponsors and Corporate Entertainment Lunch
Bonded Warehouse 1.0 PM Sunday 18th May 2003

At this unique ‘invitation only’ event, you will receive two sponsor’s invitations for the buffet lunch and private film show. You will also have the opportunity to invite your colleagues or clients to this event and tickets will only be available through you, as a sponsor or the Steering Group.

Upon arrival, you and your guest/s will be welcomed by the Festival’s Steering Group and dine with buffet lunch. You will also have the opportunity to invite your guests on a canal boat trip prior to the film show. The film show will commence at 2.30 PM prompt.

Following the film you and your guest/s will have use of the bar and facilities until 6.0 PM when the event will close.

Guest Tickets for this exclusive Sponsors Corporate Lunch are expected to be in the region of £20 each. This does not include the boat trip that can be arranged separately if required.

Gala Presentation Evening
7 PM Sunday 25th May 2003 – Stourbridge Town Hall

For this prestigious, black tie, Gala Presentation where competition entrants will receive their accolades, you will receive two reserve seating sponsor’s invitations. You will also have an opportunity to present one of the awards on offer.

This is a public event and will also be the climax of the Stourbridge Film Festival. Here you will once again be greeted by members of the Festival’s Steering Group and led into the Grand Hall for dinner prior to the awards presentations.

Following the awards presentations you will be entertained until midnight, when the Stourbridge Film Festival 2003 will close until next year.

What will sponsorship cost?

There are two levels of sponsorship available for you or your business to support:

CENTRE STAGE SPONSOR – Public Film Shows
We have four Centre Stage film events and due to their size and nature require a high level of sponsorship. You may request a particular event but if not this will be allocated on receipt of sponsorship.

Himley Hall
Friday 16th May Drive-in movie Grease 2 X £1,500
Saturday 17th May Drive-in movie Star Wars 2 X £1,500

Stourbridge Town Hall
Thursday 22nd May Sing-a-long-a-movie Joseph £1,500
Friday 23rd May Sing-a-long-a-movie Sound of Music £1,500

MAIN STAGE SPONSOR - Public Film Shows
These movies that will be shown at intimate locations in and around Stourbridge town centre, will be notified by end February 2003 in time for publication of brochure and ticket sales. The selected films for showing will be appropriate to the venue and expected audience. Here are a few examples of our intimate Public Film venues:

Bonded Warehouse, King Edward VI College, Oldswinford Hospital School, French Connection, Stourbridge College, Rock Café 2000 and up to three Car Showrooms around Stourbridge. This is not a full listing of venues and some may change due to technology requirements.

There are 14 intimate public film shows for sponsorship at £400 each. You may request a particular event but if not, this will be allocated on receipt of sponsorship.
