The plaque above can be seen at the entrance to Mary Stevens Park in Stourbridge in recognition of the late Frank Foley, the Stourbridge man who saved thousands of Jews in World War 2. The plaque was unveiled on 27 January 2004, Frank Foley was a secret service agent who posed as a passport officer in Berlin, issuing fake documents to around 10,000 Jews, saving them from almost certain death in the Nazi concentration camps.
