| Dec 2007 - Tesco have finally abandoned their plans for the Angel Triangle development and have opted for a smaller store in the Crown Centre instead, surely the most sensible solution for the town as a whole. There have been reports of a 20% fall in business by traders in nearby Cradley Heath since the opening of the new Tesco store there, so the concerns about loss of trade do appear to be justified Click here for views of local residents. 21st
