to the public, THE NEXT TWO MEETINGS OF STOURBRIDGE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL WILL BE THURSDAY 8th JANUARY 2009 and THURSDAY 12th FEBRUARY EACH IN THE AMBLECOTE ROOM, TOWN HALL, STOURBRIDGE COMMENCING AT 7.15 A G E N D A 1.To hold a public participation session during which any resident of the Town of Stourbridge may address the meeting upon any matter of local concern. 2.To receive apologies for absence. 3.To deal with matters relating to the West Midlands Police including ‘PACT’ issues from wards. (a) Communications from West Midlands police, who are invited to attend our meetings. (b) To review the following matters – Traffic,
public safety and pedestrian issues. (c) To deal with any other police related matters raised by members of the Township Council. 4.To receive any communications that the Chairman of the Council wishes to lay before the meeting. 5.To receive the minutes of the last meeting of the Township Council held on 6th November 2008. 6. To deal with any business arising from the minutes not otherwise on this agenda. 7. To consider any items or motions of which notice has been given under Standing Order No.13. 8. To consider matters relating to Education, Leisure,
Housing and the National Health Service. (a) Highway problems including repairs required and reports. (b) Reports on current redevelopment work in the town
and observations by members. 10 To consider Financial, Civic and Local Government matters, including:- (a) Financial issues including the current balance
of the Township Council’s account. (c) Dates of future meetings of the Township Council 8th January and 12th February 2009. 11. To receive a report from the Clerk to the Council. (See also monthly bulletin) 12. Any other business which the Chairman considers
