and who do not wish to watch it disappear under a growing layer of bottles,
cans and fast food packaging. The group hopes to work with the people

The Y Project is a new charitable organization that helps disabled and disadvantaged young people on the road to independence and employment.
The project runs from a cafe which is a social enterprise providing work experience and enterprise opportunities to these young people. The cafe is Silver End Cafe, Brettell Lane Industrial Estate, Brettell Lane, Brierley Hill (Behind the Crown Pub)
The cafe is open all week including Saturdays and is now offering OAP meals on a Monday and Wednesday afternoon. |

The Severn Area Rescue Association (SARA) is an independent Inshore Rescue Boat and Land Search organisation covering the Severn Estuary, upper reaches of the River Severn, and the rivers Wye, Bristol Avon, Tewkesbury Avon and Usk. Every single member of SARA is unpaid for the time they give. We are one of a few charities these days that do not pay any members. All crew do this around their regular jobs and family life. SARA becomes very much a way of life for its devoted crew. Many crew have full time jobs and families who support them being on emergency call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. |

The MARY STEVENS HOSPICE has provided specialist palliative care since 1991 as a day hospice unit, to care for 15 patients each day.
